CineGame ("we") runs an educational Telegram bot and this website. What we collect: your Telegram ID, username and first name; the text you submit in exercises; usage counters (actions, AI calls, voice minutes); and, if you subscribe, your email address (collected by Stripe at checkout). How we use it: to run the product, give you AI feedback, enforce plan limits, and improve the service. We do not sell your data. Processors: OpenAI processes the text/voice you submit to generate feedback. Stripe processes payments. Hosting is on EU infrastructure. Voice: voice messages are transcribed to text and not stored as audio. Retention: we keep your data while your account is active. Email us to request deletion.
